4. Product Information and Availability

4.1 Product Classification

All our products are cosmetic products as defined under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4.2 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, ingredients lists, and images. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, minor variations in color, packaging design, or ingredient sourcing may occur. All ingredients are listed in accordance with INCI nomenclature standards.

4.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In case a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or substitute product.

4.4 Age of Products

All products sold have a minimum shelf life of 36 months from the date of dispatch unless otherwise specified on the product packaging. Manufacturing and expiry dates are clearly marked on each product.
